| Description |
The 90-W-V is a high quality "pva" postformed door.
Vertical edges (left and right) have a 90-degree postformed edge with a 5/16"
(.312) radius. Top and bottom is edgebanded in .020 real wood veneer. Excellent for high tech office, commercial and kitchen applications.
*PVA adhesive is a rigid glueline which is not affected by heat. In addition, no
spongy edges or laminate memory will occur.

Available in Red Oak, White Oak, Birch,
Maple and Cherry. Also available in most species available through distribution. This door can also be produced using man made veneers.
*All postformed veneer door styles require the use of postformable grade veneer.
In addition, grain direction must run with the postformed edge, otherwise the grain
will split.
Most veneers are available with a phenolic or paper back which will allow correct
postforming. Veneers must meet the postforming radius requirements of the door style.
Laminates which do not meet this requirement cannot be used.
